Title: Seller will furnish an owner’s policy of title insurance in the amount of the purchase price. Cost of the owners policy to be split equally. Title to the property will be conveyed by the General Warranty Deed.

Real Estate Taxes: Shall be prorated to the day of closing.

Closing Information: Closing will take place within 30 days after proof of an insurable title. The balance of the purchase price will be due in cash at closing and any fees charge by a closing agent or persons acting in such capacity shall be shared equally between buyer and seller.
